This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian provincial privacy legislation.

• CCTV footage and AI-processed visual data

• AI concierge interaction transcripts

Technical Data

• Device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type
• App usage analytics and crash reports
• Push notification tokens

3. How We Use Your Information

• Providing AI-powered security monitoring and threat detection
• Managing visitor access, parcel delivery, and concierge services
• Dispatching security responses and generating incident reports
• Communicating security alerts and building notifications
• Improving AI model accuracy and reducing false alarm rates

4. Data Storage & Security

All personal data is stored exclusively in Canadian data centres (AWS ca-central-1, Montreal). We employ industry-standard security measures including:

• Role-based access controls (RBAC)
• SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure
• Regular penetration testing and security audits

5. Data Retention

• CCTV footage: 30 days (or as required by building policy)
• Incident reports: 7 years (PSISA compliance)
• Access logs: 2 years
• Concierge transcripts: 90 days
• Account data: Duration of tenancy + 1 year

6. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information held by us
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent (subject to legal/contractual restrictions)
• Request deletion of your data
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

7. Third-Party Disclosure

8. CCTV & AI Processing

Our AI threat detection system processes video feeds in real-time. The system:

• Does NOT use facial recognition for identification of residents
• Detects behavioural anomalies (loitering, tailgating, forced entry)
• Generates alerts based on threat severity, not individual identity
• All AI decisions are logged and auditable
